The rules the Nationals play under
The Nationals play under the Alamo MSBL rule book for the 28+ division.
A 1.000 winning percentage is what fifteen games produced for the Nationals.
Rules sit on the league's about page rather than in a downloadable book.
The 28+ rule set is the one that governed all 15 of these games, and High Cheese keeps it where a player checking one thing mid-season will actually find it.
