Three prices and a hard deadline
The league publishes its whole fee structure. Early Bird is $285, registered and paid in full by 15 March -- extended, in its own note, to 31 March. Regular registration is $300. An installment plan is also $300: an initial deposit at registration, with the remaining balance automatically withdrawn on 15 April, and no discounts applied.
Then the fine print, which is where this league distinguishes itself. A strict no pay, no play policy. All balances due by 1 May. And no refunds: once payment is made, no refund will be issued, regardless of whether the player has paid in full or in part.
Almost nobody in this directory publishes a refund policy at all, let alone one that flat.
A join page that takes the registration, the deposit and the scheduled balance in one place, and records what each player has paid against his roster spot, is what a High Cheese league page does at the league's own address -- which is also what a no pay, no play rule has to be checked against.
