Directed, not administered
The league keeps a Board of Directors as a top-level item in its navigation, alongside its awards and its Gold Bat recipients.
A ninety-three-year-old league with a board rather than a commissioner is an institution rather than an organiser's project, and it is presumably why it has lasted.
The membership is not listed in the text served to a reader.
A High Cheese league page attaches a working contact to each role at the league's own address, with the rosters, schedule and donor records behind it.
