Invitationals, and the state tournament
The Freeport Black Sox play invitational tournament baseball alongside their league season, listed centrally by the Minnesota Baseball Association, with the MBA state tournament above all of it.
The state tournament is why the classification points matter. At 12 points the Freeport Black Sox enter it as a Class C club, and the rest of the summer is preparation.
Freeport Black Sox enter invitationals the association lists centrally and links to nothing; High Cheese attaches the bracket to the club's own season.
