The Aitkin Steam publish no tryout date, signup form or player fee anywhere the Minnesota Baseball Association carries them.
With a roster that starts at sixteen, recruitment here is the Aitkin high school program and whoever is home for the summer. It works, and it is invisible to anybody who did not grow up on this stretch of the Mississippi.
Aitkin Steam recruit through people who already know each other, which works until somebody moves to Aitkin in March; High Cheese takes signups directly.
