Its own item
The league keeps League Rules as a top-level item beside its FAQ and its contact page.
Nothing about bats, ages, roster limits, game length or pitching restrictions is readable from outside the platform.
What is visible from the schedule is the shape: seven clubs, three grounds, weeknight singles and Saturday doubleheaders.
A rulebook belongs beside the fixture it governs. A High Cheese league page keeps the current version at the league's own address next to the schedule.
