The rules the Vipers play under
The Vipers play under the St. Louis Men's Baseball League rule book.
The league's front door asks for an email address and a password, and there is nothing behind it a reader can reach.
Nothing is claimed about how the game is played here.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
