The paperwork behind the Vipers
The paperwork Vipers deal with belongs to the St. Louis Men's Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Its address ends in a Windows library call, mgwms32.dll, which is what a league looks like when its software has outlived its decade.
Whatever paperwork exists is inside a system nobody outside can open.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Vipers would keep it.
