How to join the Huntsville Dodgers
Players do not sign up with Huntsville Dodgers directly. They register with the Southern Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Huntsville Dodgers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Alongside it runs open practices at a named campus on Sundays from three to six -- an unusual and generous thing for a league to organise centrally, and the obvious place for a new player to be seen.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Alabama, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
