Handouts, and nothing else
The league keeps a Handouts section for the documents it distributes to managers and players.
No rulebook, waiver, constitution or code of conduct is published to the open web.
Documents belong beside the season they govern. A High Cheese league page keeps the rules and the waiver attached to the year in play, at an address the league owns rather than one a website vendor provides free.
