What the Miami Amigos hit and pitched
The South Florida Baseball League publishes a batting line per player on each club's own page, with at bats, runs, hits, doubles, triples, home runs, runs batted in, walks, average, on base percentage and OPS.
For the Miami Amigos the columns are printed and empty: twenty players listed and not one number filled in.
The Miami Amigos scored 144 runs across twelve games and allowed 76.
A batting table with every cell showing a dash is a promise the league has built the page for and not yet kept.
An empty batting table is worse than no table, and High Cheese computes a Miami Amigos season line off the scorecards so the columns have something in them.
