What the league states outright is that it is a wood bat league and that it exists for men 18 and over.
Everything else -- game length, roster limits, courtesy runners, pitching restrictions, how a league with players fifty years apart in age handles that -- is unpublished.
That last question is the interesting one, and a competition running twenty-one-year-olds against seventy-one-year-olds must have an answer to it.
