The paperwork behind the Tribe
The paperwork Tribe deal with belongs to the Rochester Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Tribe played sixteen games in the season the league last recorded.
The free agent form is the one document a new player deals with, and the league holds it.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
