The paperwork behind the Goats
The paperwork Goats deal with belongs to the Pancho Coimbre Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
A code of conduct addendum sits with it.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
