The paperwork behind the Central Park Cubs
The paperwork Central Park Cubs deal with belongs to the Pancho Coimbre Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The charter, revised June 26, 2025, is the league's one public document, and it runs to bats, cleats, conduct, dugouts, lineups, courtesy runners and the designated hitter.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
