How to join the Portland Pelicans
Players do not sign up with Portland Pelicans directly. They register with the Northwest Independent Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The way in is the annual open tryout and draft, where clubs pick players for the positions they need.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Portland, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
