Announcements that do the work
The league's posts are substantive: a fall registration notice giving the opening date, the season length, the divisions offered, the team price with and without a field, the deposit amount, what the fee includes, the championship window and the free agency timetable; a Legends notice giving the division's launch year, its first-season team count, its levels and its schedule length; and a dated winter managers' meeting.
Putting the price and the deposit in the announcement rather than behind an enquiry is why a manager can decide in one reading. A league on High Cheese gets a wire where finals post themselves as the books are finalized, so announcements this useful sit alongside the season they describe rather than scrolling away from it.
