Nobody named
The New Jersey Amateur Baseball League publishes no officers, manager or committee for the NY-NJ Tigers. The league runs a winter manager meeting, so the club has a manager, and the site does not say who.
A club at this level is a manager, somebody who collects the fees and whoever brings the bases.
The person who knew everything about NY-NJ Tigers will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
