What the league puts on
Beyond the regular season, the New Jersey Amateur Baseball League runs an All Star Game, a Home Run Derby and an enhanced playoff structure with a wild card and a double elimination bracket.
A double elimination playoff is unusual at this level, where most leagues run straight knockout and go home.
Whether Essex County All-Stars reached that bracket belongs on the club's own page, and High Cheese carries the postseason with the season.
