One office, no name
The league publishes an Email Us route and a Contact Us page, gives its location as Las Vegas, Nevada, and refers throughout to its League Office — the body that takes standings corrections and handles enquiries from players and teams wanting to join.
An office that adjudicates the table and handles recruitment is doing the two jobs that matter, and nobody in it is named. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps its contacts on the page beside the schedule and routes each question to the person whose job it is, so a standings correction and a new player do not arrive in the same inbox.
