The rules the Thunder play under
The Thunder play under the Mid-Iowa MSBL rule book.
The Thunder play out of Des Moines, IA.
Not mid-iowa, not desmoinesmsbl -- the entire state, on the domain a person or an institution would reach for first.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
