The paperwork behind the Thunder
The paperwork Thunder deal with belongs to the Mid-Iowa MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Thunder publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The platform behind it is down for every league it hosts.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
