What a non-profit carries
The league keeps a Rules section, and describes itself as a non-profit organization with a treasurer on its board.
That structure implies filings and accounts that are not published here.
No waiver, bylaws or field agreement renders in the plain page.
High Cheese keeps a league's documents where people already go for the schedule.
