The eligibility line, drawn carefully
Players must be 18 or over. They must not be playing college or minor league ball. And they must not still be in high school, or playing their senior season after graduation.
That third clause is the one worth noticing. A high school senior who has graduated in May is technically finished with school baseball and would otherwise be eligible; this league closes that door explicitly.
Taken together the rules describe exactly who this competition is for: adults who are done with organized baseball elsewhere, playing with wood.
The league keeps a Rules section of its own.
High Cheese keeps a league's own rules beside its schedule, where a manager checking a new signing's eligibility can find them.
