No board published
The Twin Ports Timbers publish no board, officers or committee. Marina Udd is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Duluth.
When the person who knew everything about Duluth stops turning up, a club needs its officers written down; High Cheese is where.
