The paperwork behind the Madison Bears
The paperwork Madison Bears deal with belongs to the Men's Adult Baseball League of Southern Wisconsin: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Madison Bears publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league publishes a 2026 Player Waiver, its League Rules and its League Bylaws, all as standing items under About Our League rather than buried on a resources page.
Whatever the Madison Bears ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
