The paperwork behind the Madison Angels
The paperwork Madison Angels deal with belongs to the Men's Adult Baseball League of Southern Wisconsin: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Madison Angels are one club of 34 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The league publishes a 2026 Player Waiver, its League Rules and its League Bylaws, all as standing items under About Our League rather than buried on a resources page.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
