Second on the page, and blank
The home page carries an Announcements section above its Games This Week block. Like everything else on the site, it resolves to Loading for a plain reader.
Two panels at the top of a league's home page — this week's games and this week's news — are the correct two, and neither delivers anything to somebody arriving from a search. A league on High Cheese gets a wire where finals post themselves as the books are finalized, so the announcements section carries the season instead of waiting on it.
