The paperwork behind the Phillies
The paperwork Phillies deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Phillies is the Kansas City MSBL/MABL's.
Our records already carry a Kansas City league whose hosted site was folded into a software vendor's homepage and erased.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Phillies would keep it.
