Who runs the Phillies
The Kansas City MSBL/MABL publishes no officers for Phillies. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Phillies play out of Kansas City, MO.
The schedule, the standings and every roster render as pages the league owns, and a vendor's bad day stops being a league's disappearance.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Phillies already have.
