The rules the National Blues play under
The National Blues play under the Kansas City MSBL/MABL rule book.
The National Blues play out of Kansas City, MO.
Two Kansas City adult baseball leagues, two different platforms, two identical outcomes -- nothing readable, nothing recoverable, nothing a searching player can use.
Rules that decide what the National Blues may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
