The paperwork behind the National Blues
The paperwork National Blues deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The National Blues publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the National Blues would keep it.
