Playing under 40+ eligibility
Huntsville Dirtbags play under Huntsville Roy Hobbs Baseball rules rather than any code of their own. The 40+ bracket is an age floor, and it is the rule that decides which clubs this side actually plays.
The rules sit under a Forms menu with the waivers, which is where documents go to be ignored.
An eligibility rule that decides who Huntsville Dirtbags can field belongs beside the roster, which is where High Cheese puts it.
