The rules the Cubs play under
The Cubs play under the Hoosier Adult Baseball League rule book.
The Cubs came out of the season -24 on runs.
The league keeps its rules on its resources page.
A rule book read once in April decides six games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
