The paperwork behind the Giants
The paperwork Giants deal with belongs to the Eugene Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league takes people who want to start a club of their own, not only people who want to join one.
The league's paperwork sits inside its platform account.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Giants would keep it.
