The paperwork behind the Cubs
The paperwork Cubs deal with belongs to the Eugene Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
A player interested in this club registers with the league, which passes his details to the managers.
The league's paperwork sits inside its platform account.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Cubs would keep it.
