The paperwork behind the Braves
The paperwork Braves deal with belongs to the Eugene Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league posted a notice there saying so and pointing at its new site, and that notice is three years old.
The league's paperwork is the league's.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
