Two divisions, two tables
The league keeps Standings-18+ and Standings-35+ as distinct pages, with matching Games 18+ and Games 35+ sections beneath them.
Keeping the two divisions fully parallel rather than folding them into one page is the right structure and it doubles the maintenance.
Neither renders in the plain page.
Standings on High Cheese come out of the games themselves, so two divisions are two views of one set of results.
