The rules the Padres play under
The Padres play under the East Carolina Adult Baseball League rule book for the 35+ division.
Its recaps show rainouts made up rather than dropped, which is a rule decision made in practice.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
