The paperwork behind the Osseo Merchants
The paperwork Osseo Merchants deal with belongs to the Chippewa River Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Osseo Merchants played twenty games in the season the league last recorded.
The league publishes a constitution, forms, hall of fame criteria, a history book and ad booklets.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
