The paperwork behind the Eau Claire Bears
The paperwork Eau Claire Bears deal with belongs to the Chippewa River Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Eau Claire Bears played twenty games in the season the league last recorded.
That is an unusually complete set of league paperwork.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
