Who runs the Pelicans
The Chicago Central MSBL publishes no officers for Pelicans. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Pelicans are one club of 26 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The site is intact behind it -- schedule, standings, whatever the league built -- and none of it can be reached by anyone who is not prepared to override a security warning.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Pelicans already have.
