How to join the Pelicans
Players do not sign up with Pelicans directly. They register with the Chicago Central MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Pelicans are one club of 26 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
An expired certificate is the cheapest possible way to become invisible.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Illinois, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
