A year ahead, and honest about why
The league states it plainly: the deadline for teams to add players has passed for 2026, and registration for 2027 is open.
It then explains exactly what registering does. Submit the form and you go on the email list for tryouts next spring; details will be emailed and posted once confirmed. Questions go to [email protected].
Nobody else in this directory opens next year before finishing this one, and almost nobody tells a late arrival what will actually happen to his form.
That is a league treating an unattached player as somebody worth keeping hold of for eight months.
High Cheese runs a free agent pool that does the same thing continuously, so a man who asks in August is in front of thirty managers before the tryout is even scheduled.
