Two, one of which is the front door
The league's readable documents are its registration form and a privacy policy. No waiver, rulebook or field agreement renders.
For a league of thirty-plus teams, the registration form is doing all the work: it is simultaneously the intake, the mailing list and the tryout invitation.
High Cheese keeps a league's documents where people already go for the schedule.
