The rules the Athletics play under
The Athletics play under the Central North Carolina MSBL rule book.
The Athletics publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
With an 18+ competition and a Classic Division in the same league, a single book has to carry a lot of exceptions, and how it handles that is the interesting question the plain page cannot answer.
Rules that decide what the Athletics may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
