The rules the Tigers play under
The Tigers play under the Central North Carolina MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Tigers is the Central North Carolina MSBL's.
The assessment days imply at least one rule that is never written down anywhere: players are looked at before they are placed.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
