The rules the Rattlers play under
The Rattlers play under the Central North Carolina MSBL rule book.
The Rattlers play out of Raleigh, NC.
With an 18+ competition and a Classic Division in the same league, a single book has to carry a lot of exceptions, and how it handles that is the interesting question the plain page cannot answer.
Rules that decide what the Rattlers may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
