The rules the Cardinals play under
The Cardinals play under the Central North Carolina MSBL rule book.
The Cardinals are one club of 31 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
With an 18+ competition and a Classic Division in the same league, a single book has to carry a lot of exceptions, and how it handles that is the interesting question the plain page cannot answer.
Rules that decide what the Cardinals may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
