Kept per division
The league maintains a Teams and Rosters area with separate Division and Leagues and Teams and Rosters pages.
Nothing renders in the plain page, so no club or player is readable from outside.
For a league running four age divisions, the roster question is also an eligibility question, and the four separate rulebooks presumably settle it.
Rosters on High Cheese update as people sign and follow a player between clubs, divisions and seasons, which in a league spanning 38 to 60-plus means a man's whole second career in one place.
